Because I’m licensed in both Colorado and the U.K., I can work with clients who are currently located in either place.
For coaching and breathwork, you can be located anywhere in the world. These services are not bound by state or country licensing laws, so we can connect from wherever you are.

Yes. I offer secure, confidential online sessions so you can meet from the comfort of your own space. Many clients find that virtual therapy feels just as connected and effective as in-person work, and it allows for more flexibility with scheduling.

I support individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and trauma. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, combining relational, somatic, and mindfulness-based practices to help you connect more deeply with yourself and others.

Individual sessions are 50 minutes, while couples sessions are 60 minutes. Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and consistency, and we can adjust frequency over time as your needs evolve.

In Colorado, I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which means I’m not directly contracted with insurance companies. You would pay for sessions out of pocket, and I can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible partial reimbursement. Many clients successfully recoup a portion of their costs this way, depending on their plan’s out-of-network benefits.
In the U.K., sessions are self-pay only, as private therapy is typically not covered by insurance. If you have specific questions about coverage or reimbursement, I’m happy to guide you through the process.

For Colorado-based clients, individual sessions are $150 and couples sessions are $200.
For U.K.-based clients, individual sessions are £100 and couples sessions are £150.I know that therapy is a meaningful investment, both emotionally and financially. If cost feels like a barrier, let’s talk about it. I reserve a small number of sliding-scale spaces for those who need them, and I’m happy to discuss options that make therapy more accessible.
-
Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what’s been feeling challenging, and what you hope to get out of our work together. I’ll also share a bit about how I work so you can get a sense of whether it feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure — just an open conversation to begin building trust and clarity.
-
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full session fee, as that time is reserved specifically for you. I understand that life happens, so if there are unforeseen circumstances, please reach out — I’ll always do my best to accommodate.

While traditional talk therapy often focuses on thoughts and behaviors, my approach integrates the mind, body, and emotions. Alongside conversation, we might work with somatic awareness (how feelings show up in the body), mindfulness, or relational patterns to help you access deeper insight and healing. My goal is to create a space where growth feels both grounded and transformative — not just about symptom relief, but about building a fuller, more connected life.
-
It’s completely normal to feel uncertain when starting therapy. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions and get a feel for my approach before deciding. Finding the right fit matters, and I’m happy to help you explore whether working together feels aligned.
-
A Good Faith Estimate is a document that outlines the expected cost of your therapy services. It’s part of the “No Surprises Act” in the U.S., designed to help you understand what you can expect to pay. I’ll provide one upon request or before our work begins so you have full transparency about fees and session costs.
-
You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation directly through my website. During that call, we’ll talk about what you’re looking for, answer any questions, and decide if working together feels like a good fit. If it does, we’ll find a time for your first full session and get started from there.
