    Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, self-doubt, or old patterns keep you stuck. There is a simple truth in therapy: what we allow ourselves to feel, can begin to heal.   • Relationships can bring us some of our greatest joy, and they can also bring some of our deepest pain. Romantic partnership has a way of revealing the parts of ourselves that still need care, no matter how much personal work we’ve done on our own. When we’re willing to meet these moments with openness, a relationship can become a powerful space for healing and transformation. This is why I feel so drawn to couples therapy. I’ve seen and experienced myself the courage it takes to face conflict, distance, or old wounds, and I’ve also seen how much depth and intimacy can grow when two people commit to the process together.

    In our work, I draw on Relational Life Therapy (RLT), a direct yet deeply compassionate approach that helps partners take responsibility for their part in the dynamic while learning to communicate with honesty, empathy, and respect. Unlike traditional models that focus only on communication skills, RLT goes deeper; it reveals the patterns that block connection and offers practical tools for change right in the moment. This process allows couples to move beyond defensiveness and blame, creating space for real repair, mutual understanding, and a relationship that feels truly alive again.

  • Coaching is for those moments when you feel ready to move forward but need clarity, accountability, and guidance along the way. While therapy often focuses on healing the past, coaching looks toward the future — toward the version of yourself that’s ready to grow, evolve, and create a life that feels aligned with your deeper truth.

    My approach is holistic and spiritual, shaped by my background in integrative nutrition, mindfulness, and life coaching. I believe that our natural state is one of ease, joy, and curiosity. And yet, many of us must first learn to move through fear, doubt, and self-judgment before we can return to that place of inner freedom. In our work together, we explore both the practical and the profound: the beliefs that shape your choices, the energy you bring to your daily life, and the quiet wisdom of your body and spirit.

    Sessions are forward-focused yet deeply reflective, rooted in compassion and conscious action.
