Services

I offer a range of therapeutic services designed to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

I welcome people from all walks of life and honor the diversity of gender, age, sexual orientation, and cultural background. My practice includes work with individuals, couples, and those in ethically non-monogamous relationships. Whether you're seeking individual therapy, couples therapy, coaching or nervous system support, our services are tailored to meet your unique needs.

  • Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, self-doubt, or old patterns keep you stuck. There is a simple truth in therapy: what we allow ourselves to feel can begin to heal. What we turn away from lingers. By turning toward our experience, we discover that we are strong enough, capable, and already freer than we may realize. Individual therapy offers a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Together we will explore what is weighing you down, uncover the roots of your struggles, and build new ways of relating to your mind, body, and emotions. My goal is to help you feel more confident, resilient, and at home in yourself.

  • Relationships can bring us some of our greatest joy, and they can also bring some of our deepest pain. Romantic partnership has a way of revealing the parts of ourselves that still need care, no matter how much personal work we have done on our own. When we are willing to meet these moments with openness, a relationship can become a powerful space for healing and transformation. This is why I feel so drawn to couples therapy. I have seen the courage it takes to face conflict, distance, or old wounds, and I have also seen how much depth and intimacy can grow when two people commit to the process together.

When connection feels dimmed or conflict becomes the pattern, it is easy to feel far away from the person you love most. Couples therapy offers a safe and structured space to strengthen communication, repair what has been hurt, and rediscover intimacy. In our work, I draw on Relational Life Therapy to help both partners move through cycles of disconnection and build a relationship that feels supportive, respectful, and truly alive again.

  • Coaching is for those moments when you feel ready to move forward but need clarity, accountability, and support along the way. While therapy often focuses on healing the past, coaching looks toward the future. It is about setting meaningful goals, uncovering what may be holding you back, and building the habits and mindset that help you move into the life you want to create.

In our work together, I bring a holistic perspective shaped by my background in integrative nutrition, mindfulness, and life coaching. Sessions are practical and forward-focused, yet grounded in compassion and deep listening. We work on both inner and outer change — strengthening confidence, honoring your values, and creating structures that allow your vision to take root.

Coaching can help you get clear on your direction, move through stuck places, and stay accountable to what matters most. It is about turning intention into action, while staying connected to the wisdom of your whole self.

  • Sometimes healing lives beyond words. Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses the breath to release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and open access to deeper layers of awareness. Through guided sessions, you are invited into a state where the body and mind can reset, creating space for clarity, release, and renewal.

Breathwork can support you in letting go of stress and emotional blocks, while reconnecting you to the wisdom of your body. Each session is an opportunity to move through what feels heavy, and to come back to a sense of balance, vitality, and presence.

My background in yoga, meditation, and somatic practices allows me to guide this work with sensitivity and care. Whether you are seeking relief from anxiety, a deeper connection to yourself, or simply space to breathe and restore, breathwork offers a profound way to return home to yourself.
